1. Commitment

OuiHealth is committed to providing services and digital experiences that are accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

2. Ongoing Efforts

  • Reviewing site content for clarity and readability.
  • Designing interactive elements with keyboard accessibility and visible focus states.
  • Providing meaningful text alternatives for non-text content where applicable.
  • Testing color contrast against WCAG standards.
  • Training staff on accessible communication and service delivery.

3. Limitations

Some legacy materials, third-party tools, or user-uploaded content may not yet meet our accessibility standards. We are working to improve these areas.
